This evaluation will be conducted utilizing the American College of Radiology (ACR) approved evaluation phantom and in accordance with the magnetic resonance imaging quality control manual dated 2004 by the ACR.  Test parameters include:

1.    Magnetic field homogeneity

2.    geometric accuracy

3.    high contract spatial resolution

4.    slice thickness accuracy

5.    slice position accuracy

6.    image intensity uniformity

7.    percent signal ghosting

8.    low contrast object detectability
